Reset your Netgear WiFi router only if it malfunctions and causes your Internet connection to drop statistically. You can reset the device by pressing the Factory Settings Restore button or by accessing its Web interface. Use the Factory Settings Restore button if you cannot log in to the Web interface. A reset restores all of the WiFi router's settings to default values and erases all the present customizations.
